Thank you Hooks and Lattice!!! We have had more compliments on our home since we put up your window boxes and shutters. Good grief--people stop their cars in the middle of the street, back up, and pull in our driveway just to chit chat about how different the house looks. We can see how the neighbors start a more leisurely pace on their walks once they get to in front of our house. Can you believe we even had a neighbor ask us to cut down the tree in our front yard so that he could have a better look at our beautiful "new" home? Finding the exact product I needed for my wifes Christmas present of a window box for her kitchen window had really been a chore....until I went to Hooks and Lattice website. Hi Michelle,

Yes I have seen the picture. Just for your information if someone asks. We put chicken wire on the bottom of the flower box and thin plastic (plexiglas) on the side to protect the house wall. Then we put moss on all sides and bottom forming a trench that we filled with potting soil. Then we put in plants, including ones sticking out the sides. We saw something similar in Vail, CO and loved the effect. We are still experimenting with flowers, but we love the boxes. Neighbors have made nice comments.
