Concrete rectangle planters are the perfect addition to any façade. Because of their long, slim shape they can snuggle up right against any storefront without taking up too much sidewalk space. At only 14" wide, you won't have to worry about these little planters tripping up pedestrians. And since they are 36" long by 24" deep there's still plenty of room for you to plant all the blooms and shrubs you want. These stone containers look fantastic under shop windows, drawing they eye to your window display and showcasing your signage in style. Their modern rectangular shape has a classic appeal that works with any design type.

Our cast stone planters are made from Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete. This material soars above cement in a number of ways:

  • It is 1/4 the weight of traditional concrete, allowing you to move your planters more easily.
  • It has the ability to have much more detail without the unsightly bubbles seen on most precast products.
  • It is less expensive.
  • It is more durable; less susceptible to cracking, warping, and rotting.

GFRC vs. Fiberstone - Finding the right material for your application.

What is GFRC?
Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC) is a cement composite material that is composed of high-quality cement, glass fibers and other resins to increase strength and durability. GFRC planters look and feel exactly like conventional concrete, cement or stone but are much lighter weight - about 75% less! Additionally, GFRC is a less expensive material than Fiberstone.

What is Fiberstone?
Fiberstone looks identical to GFRC and weighs even less. Weighing in at around 1/3 the weight of GFRC, our Fiberstone is a fraction of the weight of cement, concrete and stone. We combine glass fiber, industrial resins and other composites to create this unique material. Its high impact resistance makes it ideal for use in busy public areas and commercial settings.
