Unlike wrought iron window boxes, this elegant copper flower box is a liner, planter, and window box all in one. A twist on copper classic window boxes, our tapered Wave style can be used as a freestanding planter or, when paired with brackets, can be used on walls, under windows, and on railings. This makes for a charming display to line balconies as well as upper and lower level windows.
The Wave Copper Window Box Planters feature a tough yet lightweight fiberglass core that is dipped in real copper. This specialized, ArmoreCoat finish is hand polished to a gleaming shine but will patina over time to a blue-grey color. Fill them with colorful blooms for a high impact display or plant miniature boxwood bushes for a classic, manicured look.
Hooks and Lattice's copper wave planters are offered in three convenient sizes online but can also be requested in custom sizes, with or without drainage holes, or in other real metal finishes like aluminum, rusted corten steel, and bronze.

In these copper window box planters, simplicity suits classic lines. The Copper Wave Window Box has delicate vertical bars of rich cast iron with a dot finial hovering just above the box edge for a perfect complement to the copper flower box housed inside. The planter design features a gracious curve from bottom to top, adding even more visual interest. A just-enough top band pulls it all together in this elegant copper flower box creation, ready to beautify any home exterior.
The Evolution of Real Copper Planters
The ArmoreCoat copper finish of these fiberglass planters will naturally age to a rich, green patina. This creates a look that is beloved in gardens of all ages. And although allowing a copper flower box to evolve with your garden is a timeless practice, some of our customers do prefer that the material keep its original shine. To suit this preference, our copper window box planters can be sealed to keep their surface as bright as a new penny.
Our Wave style planter boxes can be found gracing deck rails as well as traditional under-window displays. These copper and wrought iron window boxes can even be utilized along inside walls. If so, be sure to add a plastic window box liner to avoid drips on the floor. Drainage holes are pre-drilled in this container. Copper window box planters come in three pleasing lengths, 30", 36" and 48", available for online purchase. And since we are the manufacturer, we're happy to accept custom requests.
