Made-to-Order Details

Each faux Juliet balcony is made to order. Production begins after the order is placed, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded. Current listed lead time is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, although lead times can fluctuate. For quantities greater than 12 units, contact Hooks & Lattice for an updated schedule before ordering.

Installation hardware is not included. The balcony ships palletized by LTL common carrier, and the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. You or an authorized representative must be available to accept delivery, and pallet disposal is the customer’s responsibility.
