This well designed deck rail box comes with a strong plastic weave surface that looks like wicker, but is stronger and resists weather and normal wear and tear. It also comes with two plastic liners that have built in reservoirs that can be removed for easy planting, and the plants and flowers naturally wick the water up into the roots.
