Hooks and Lattice is a window box, planter and exterior shutter manufacturer, importer and retailer located in Carlsbad, California (40 miles North of San Diego). We've been serving retail customers and wholesale garden centers across the country since 2001. Your Satisfaction is very important to us! Any of our standard items are returnable for a 100% refund of the purchase price of the items (outbound shipping charges will not be refunded), provided you contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your item(s).
In order to be eligible for return items must be unused, in the original packaging and in such condition which allows it to be re-sold. Custom styles, sizes or colors are not returnable. Most items that can be purchased on-line can be returned. Prior to returning items, you must secure an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us. Should a return be necessary, please call us for an RMA.
In the case of exterior window shutters – ONLY ITEMS MARKED AS “QUICK-SHIP” are eligible for return and a 25% re-stocking fee applies (min. $25). All other shutter items are considered a custom size and are not eligible for return.
Made to Order Items: Other items that are non-returnable once they have gone into production or have shipped include - Iron Faux Balconies, Composite Deck, Patio and Porch Planters, PlanterWell Reservoirs that have chambers linked to each other, worm castings, worm tea and other perishable fertilizer items.
Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible to pay return shipping charges. We will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error in packing.
Damage during Transit: Damage needs to be reported within 5 days of receipt of the item (calculated according to carrier tracking number based on date of delivery). We must report carrier damage claims immediately. In the event of damage during shipping, we require photographs of the damaged item and the damage to the shipping container. We also require that you save the actual box that was damaged in transit (carrier requirement)..

ONLINE ORDERING SECURITY
