Helping You Make More of Home Since 2001
A home becomes personal through the choices made over time. The window box planted each spring, the planters that frame the front door, the shaded patio where everyone gathers after dinner. These details shape how a home looks from the street and, more importantly, how it feels to the people who live there.
Since 2001, Hooks & Lattice has helped homeowners find distinctive products for the spaces outside their homes. What began as a small business has grown into an extensive collection of window boxes, planters, hanging baskets, artificial plants, hurricane shutters, faux balconies, fire features, lighting, and more.
Along the way, we began designing and manufacturing many of our own products. That evolution gave us the ability to offer more sizes, materials, finishes, and custom options than you would typically find at a big-box retailer.
Today, we remain focused on the same thing: helping people find the right pieces for their homes, including those projects where standard sizes simply won't do.
From Window Boxes to the Whole Exterior
Our story began with window boxes. As customers came to us with different homes, dimensions, installation challenges, and design ideas, our product offering grew.
Sometimes a homeowner needed a window box longer than anything available locally. Another project called for a particular liner, mounting system, or self-watering reservoir. Other customers wanted planters made to fit an unusual location or exterior accents that complemented the architecture of their homes.
Those requests helped shape the company we are today.
Over the years, we expanded beyond window boxes into products for porches, balconies, patios, gardens, and entryways. The collection has grown, but the thinking behind it remains practical: offer homeowners more ways to make the exterior of a property feel considered, personal, and complete.
You might be adding flowers beneath a row of windows, bringing greenery to a bare entrance, creating privacy around an outdoor dining area, or adding a fire feature to a patio where friends tend to stay long after dinner is over. Whatever brings you here, we want to help you find a solution that works for the way you live.

More Choices for Homes That Don't Fit the Standard Mold
Not every home was built to standard dimensions, and not every homeowner wants the same products found in the garden aisle of a large retailer.
That is why selection has always been an important part of Hooks & Lattice. Our window boxes and planters are available in a wide variety of materials, styles, sizes, and configurations. Depending on the product, customers can choose from different liners, finishes, mounting options, reservoirs, drainage solutions, and accessories.
Many products are designed and manufactured in-house, giving us greater control over how they are made and allowing us to offer options that are difficult to find elsewhere.
For the homeowner, that means more freedom to find something suited to the property rather than trying to make a limited selection work.
Customization Is Part of What We Do
Sometimes, the right product does not exist in a standard size.
Perhaps you have an unusually wide bank of windows, a long wall that needs a continuous planter arrangement, or a specific location that calls for a particular shape or finish. Our customization capabilities allow us to help with projects that require more than an off-the-shelf solution.
If you are unsure whether an idea is possible, ask us. Some of our most interesting projects begin with a customer saying, “I need something a little unusual.”
Real People Are Here to Help
Buying products for your home often comes with questions. How long should the window box be? Which liner works with this frame? What size planter suits the entrance? Can it be customized?
You should be able to ask.

Designed for People Who Take Pride in Their Homes
Our customers care about their homes. They notice the empty wall that could use greenery, the front entrance that feels unfinished, or the patio everyone enjoys until the temperature drops in the evening.
They also know that curb appeal is not created by one grand gesture. Often, it develops gradually: flowers beneath the windows in spring, planters beside the door, an architectural accent above a balcony, or a fire table that gives everyone a reason to stay outside a little longer.
We understand that these purchases are part of a larger picture. Whether you are choosing one hanging basket or planning a complete exterior update, the goal is to find pieces that belong there.
Make Your Home More Your Own
More than two decades after Hooks & Lattice began, we continue to expand our collection and develop new ways to help homeowners make better use of their outdoor spaces.
We believe in offering genuine choice: different materials, distinctive designs, hard-to-find sizes, and customization when a project requires it. We also believe that good customer service should make a purchase easier, not more complicated.
Your home is already yours. We’re here to help you make the most of it.
